Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cancer antigen-724(CA724),cancer antigen-199(CA199) and carcinoembryanic antigen(CEA) tests with a combined style for gastric cancer and benign gasrrosia. Methods The levels of CA724 ,CA199 and CEA in gastric juice and blood serum were detected by using electrochemiluminescence (ECL). Results Compared with benign gastrosia, there weresignificant deviation in the positive rate of CEA ,CA199 and CA724 in gastric patients , gastric juice and blood serum. Combination detection sensitivity of blood serum and gastric juice was the highest in the parallel experiment (78. 6％ );and the sequence experiment showed that two items or above positive markedly increased the diagnostic specificity. Conclusion The combined detection of CA724,CA199 and CEA could improve diagnosis sensitivity for gastric cancer,and two items or above positive could improve diagnosis specificity for gastric cancer.关键词
