摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe the value of white blood cell typing in H1N1 clinical diagnosis or screening. Compared with healthy population. Methods Analyze the venous blood of H1N1 patients diagnosed by PCR nucleic acid detection,typing the white blood cell through analysator, and then with statistical treatment. Results Compared with healthy adults,H1N1 patients was no significant difference in WBC ,NEUT and BASO ( P＞0. 05). There was significant difference in LYMPH,MONO and EO(P＜0. 01) Conclusion White blood cell typing.especially the increasing of mononuclear cells,had some significance for the clinical diagnosis of H1N1 patients. So white blood cell typing could be regarded as reference indices for the early H1N1 patients.关键词
