摘要
Abstract
Objective To elevate the reliability and accuracy of results by analyzing the pre-analysis quality control of specimen in emergency room of Medical Laboratory Center for First Af filiated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Methods The 241 938 sample's information were collected,then some indicatrixs were analysed including the rate of mistake in application,error in collecting specimen, disqualification in different department and the time of sample transport. Then doctor,nurse and transporter were asked by questionnaire. Results The ratio of disqualification in all was 0. 56％.There were some mistakes in bar code,bload clotting and hemolysis et al. And happened in almost every department. The time of some sample transport was too long ,and some transporter didn't recognizeed significance of specimen in pre-analysis. Conclusion Some means should be took place about quality control in pre-analysis to elevate the analysis quality.关键词
