Optimization of Mouse Granulosa Cells Culture
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of granulosa cells in mice to find a suitable environment for the growth in vitro.Respectively, separated by experimental mouse ovarian granulosa cells after serum RMPI1640, with 10％ serum RMPI1640, serum DMEM (high glucose) , with 10％ serum DMEM (high glucose) and containing 15％ serum DMEM (high glucose) cultured in this study.The results showed that DMEM (high glucose) culture was generally better than RMPI1640, and containing 15％ serum DMEM (high glucose) was an ideal medium.关键词
