Abstract
DNA melting curve analysis of SYBR Green Ⅰ was to be established as a method for the detection of dovine and sheep derived materials in feed. SYBR Green Ⅰ was used as fluorescent. The sensitivity was improved by optimizing the reaction system. Comparing with the method of GB/T20190-2006, the accuracy of the method of DNA melting curve analysis was 100％. The method of DNA melting curve analysis could be used for the dectetion of bovine and sheep derived materials in feed.关键词
