猪乙型脑炎间接ELISA与血凝抑制试验方法的比较
Comparation of Indirect ELISA and Hemagglutination Inhibition Test to Detect Antibody against Japanese Encephalitis Virus in Sera of Swine

Abstract
The results were positive and negative to JEV when positive serum and negative serum were detected by both HI and indirect ELISA, respectively. 74 sera from 9 farms were detected by ELISA and HI, the coincidence rate of both methods was 85.1 ％ (63/74). No significant difference was found between the two methods (P＞0.05). Furthermore, the results of 24 serum samples from healthy pigs in farm without suffering from JE were negative by HI and ELISA by testing, the coincident rate of both methods was 100％. The results of detecting 10 positive sera were more sensitive by ELISA than by HI. It indicated that indirect ELISA was the same as HI to detect antibody against JEV in swine sera and more suitable for large-scale detection of IgG antibodies against Japanese encephalitis in pig's sera.关键词
