天麻通脑饮治疗急性脑梗死痰瘀阻络证的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation on treatment of phlegm network symptoms in acute cerebral infarction with Tianmatongnao decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianmatongnao decoction in the treatment of phlegm network symptoms in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 138 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group ( 69 cases ) and control group ( 69 cases ), on the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment group was administrated Tianmatongnao decoction. After 21 days, the clinical efficacy, the NIHSS score, Barthel Index change were observed and compared, the side effect was recorded. Results The markedly effective rate was 92.7％ in treatment group, which was higer than that in control group ( 76.8％ ),there was significant differences( P ＜0.05 ). The NIHSS score in two group were significantly lower than that before treatment, Barthel index was significantly higher than that before treatment at 14 d and 21d after treatment( P ＜ 0.01 ), furthermore, the effects were more obviously in treatment group at 21d( P＜ 0.01 ). No seriously side effects was observed. Conclusion It demonstrated that the Tianmatongnao decoction had well clinical efficacy in treatment of brain infarction phlegm.关键词
