平阳霉素瘤腔注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的临床分析
Clinical analysis of the effectiveness of intra-lesional injection of pingyangmycin in vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial regions

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of intra-lesional injection of pingyangmycin in the treatment of vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial regions.Methods From January 2003 to June 2010, a total of 227 patients with 241 lesions of vascular malformation in oral and maxillofacial region were treated with intra-lesional injection of pingyangmycin resolute with lidocaine and dexanethasone.Four weeks later these cases were reviewed and some of them received second time treatment if necessary.The efficacy of treatment and side effects occurred during the course were recorded.Results All of the 227 patients were followed up from 6 months to 6 years.The cure rates and elementary cure rates of vascular malformation were 76.8％( 185/241 ) and 14.5％ ( 35/241 ) respectively,the total effective rate was 91.3％.The average therapeutic times were 3.Side effects occurred in 19 patients ( 8.4％ ).Among them, 11 patients had fever,3 patients had mucosa ulceration,2 patients had local tissue atrophy, 1 patient had tissue necrosis at injection site, allergic response and syncope occurred in 1 patient respectively.Conclusion Intra-lesional injection of pingyangmycin is a simple, safe and effective therapeutic method to cure vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial regions.关键词
