螺旋CT茎突测量诊断茎突综合征的临床价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of post processing technique of spiral CT in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome. Methods The styloid process was measured with post processing technique of spiral CT in patients who has been diagnosed with styloid process syndrome according to the clinical syndrome. Observe and analyze the length and azimuth of the styloid process. Results 33 of flank in 25 individuals were diagnosed by spiral CT, styloid process is longer than 3 cm in 17 sides ( 51.5％ ), styloid inclination angle greater than 25° in 8 sides ( 24. 2％ ), the former angle is greater than 25° in 4 sides ( 12. 1％ ), segmented styloid in 2 cases( 6. 1％ ), curved of the middle segment in 2 sides( 6. 1％ ),ossification of styloid ligament in 1 side( 3. 0％ ). Conclusion Post processing technique of spiral CT was of great value in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome.关键词
