摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of angiotensin-( 1-7 )[ Ang-( 1-7 )] on expression of E-cadherin and α-SMA induced by angiotension II( Ang II ) in rats tubular epithelial cells. Methods The NRK52E were maintained and sub cultured, and then treated with Ang-( 1-7 ) ( 10 mol/L ) and Ang II( 10 mol/L ) for 24, 48, 72,96 hours, the protein expressions of E-cadherin and α-SMA were detect by immunocytochemistry method; The mRNA expression of E-cadherin and α-SMA was detected by real time PCR( RT-PCR ). Results Treated with ang I after 96 h, the protein and mRNA expression of E-cadherin decreased significantly( P < 0. 05 ), but the protein and mRNA expression of α-SMA increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ); treated with Ang II and Ang-( 1-7 ),the protein and mRNA expression of E-cadherin increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ), but the protein and mRNA expression of α-SMA decreased significantly( P <0.05 ). Conclusion Ang-( 1-7 ) can inhibit the expression of α-SMA induced by Ang II and up regulate the expression of E-cadherin.
