Abstract
Objective Observation of nursing intervention on prevention of elderly hip fracture may occur at high risk of deep vein thrombosis in effect. Methods January 2006-December 2010, on our hospital hip fracture in elderly patients with surgical repair of 200 cases, 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 100 patients in the control group using the traditional orthopedic perioperative nursing practice, experimental group were orthopedic perioperative care based on the specific implementation of the nursing intervention, observed postoperative Results Experimental group of deep venous thrombosis, the incidence of lower limb swelling and pain than the control group, two groups, both (P＜0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing intervention on prevention of hip fracture in elderly patients after deep vein thrombosis is of great significance.关键词
