P16蛋白在疣状胃炎、胃癌的表达和幽门螺杆菌感染的临床意义
Expressions of P16 Protein in Verrucous Gastritis and Gastric Cancer and the Correlation with Helicobacter Pylori
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions of P16 protein in verrucous gastritis,gastric cancer and their correlation with Helicobacter pylori( Hp ). Methods 80 cases of verrucous gastritis confirmed by gastroscope and normal gastric mucosa 80 cases of gastric cancer and their adjacent tissues were collected, P16 protein and Hp were detected in these sample. Results The Hp infection rates in verrucous gastritis and verrucous gastritis were higher than that of normal gastric mucosa( P ＜ 0.05 ), but no significant difference was found between verrucous gastritis and verrucous gastritis ( P ＜0.05 );The expressions of P16 protein in gastric cancer adjacent tissues, verrucous gastritis and normal gastric mucosa were greatly higher than that in gastric cancer( P ＜ 0.05 ), while verrucous gastritis and normal gastric mucosa had no significant difference( P ＞ 0.05 ); low correlation was found between Hp infection in verrucous gastritis and the expression of P16 protein( C＝ 0. 282 ), the Hp infection and expression of P16 protein in gastric cancer presented moderate correlation( C＝ 0.416 ). Conclusion The Hp infection and P16 protein expression are involved the development of verrucous gastritis and gastric cancer, and Hp infection and P16 protein expression play a synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.关键词
