Integrated Operation Framework Model of Construction Supply Chain

Abstract
The supply chain integration and its management operational issues were explored by analyzing the different models of project management, combined with domestic and international market environment for the construction industry, the management system differences.The work was studied from three aspects of the physical level, the basic elements of architecture and framework of the model and the basic idea of the operation of the project, respectively.Firstly, basic organizational relationship levels consisting of the core level, the mid-level and the outer level of the supply chain integration of construction were presented from project life cycle perspective.From perspective of project total life cycle and total system and total process, an integrated element framework of the management on the supply chain integration was proposed.Considering different organizational relationship levels and integration levels, based on the strategic stages characteristics of the supply chain integration, step-up relations and the spire advancing process of integrated elements in operational level, a basic process of alliance constructing and an integrated operation framework model of construction supply chain were presented, corresponding operation thoughts were analyzed.关键词
