摘要

Abstract

The solution strategy for self-anchored suspension bridge of spatial cables and hangers system was studied.Based on the cable catenary theory, the recursion-iteration procedure was presented for the geometry and internal forces calculation of spatial cables and hangers.The secant matrix was assembled as an approximate substitute for tangent matrix with numerical method.The Newton class iteration scheme was adopted for equilibrium solution.An example is presented to prove that the method is valid and feasible for solving spatial cables and hangers configurations and internal forces of similar suspension bridges.
