摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe the treatment of distal clavicular fracture by double endohutton plate.Methods 16 patients with distal clavicular fracture of Neer Ⅱ were fixed with double endobutton plate.Results 16 patients were followed up for 8 to 14 months.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the Lazcano standard,based on pain , range of motion of acromioclavicular joint, muscle force and post-operation X-ray.According to the Lazcano standard and X-ray,11 patients obtained excellent results,and 5 fair.Conclusions Fixation with douhle endohutton plate makes it possible to rebuild coracoclavicular ligament which is ruptured and is to be a new method for the treatment of distal clavicular fracture,which has the advantages of minimal tmuma, safe and reliable fixation, without needing a second operation for removal of implant.关键词
