准确构建个体化膝关节有限元解剖模型的方法
A method for accurate reconstruction of subject-specific anatomical finite element model of knee joint

Abstract
Objective To accurately reconstruct anatomical finite element model of knee joint through the method of multimodality image data fusion and synergistic applications of three reconstruction software and to further facilitate the investigation of the knee biomechanical behavior.Methods CT and MRI image data of an intact knee joint were imported into Mimics software.Engineered 3D models of bones, cartilages, ligaments and menisci were respectively reconstructed from image data.Then the reconstructed models were registered and fused together hased on fixed external landmarks.Following the processes of intersecting surface deletion.user-defined mesh regeneration, optimization and tetrahedral mesh generation in SC/Tetra and Hypermesh software.the knee finite element model, including different anatomical structures, was reconstructed.Results The engineered 3D mode of knee joint composed of bone, cartilage, ligament and meniscus was reconstructed from CT and MRI image data.Based on the 3D model, the knee finite element model reconstructed by three reconstruction software retained the anatomical features of the included structures.Conclusions The method of multimodality image fusion comhined with three reconstruction software is applicable to reconstruct the living subject knee finite element model, which retains the anatomical features of knee-related anatomical structures, and offers a useful tool for accurate modeling of the knee biomechanical behavior.关键词
