慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者心理健康状况调查研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the mental health status in patients with chronic hepatitis B ,and seek the difference of mental health status between different genders. Methods A total of 257 chronic hepatitis B patients were measured by symptom checklist-90( SCL-90 ), and compared with Chinese Norm of SCL-90. Results Of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B ,the total scores was( 148.71 ± 43.63 ), somatization( 1.69 ± 0.62 ), depression( 1.86 ± 0.59 ),anxiety was( 1.64 ±0.62 ),phobic anxiety was( 1.41 ±0.51 )and phychoticism was( 1.52 ±0.50 ),who had more psychiatric symptoms and much higher scores than those in Chinese Norm( P ＜ 0.01 ), However, there was no statistical significance between the scores of obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility as well as paranoid ideation between the two group( P ＞0.05 ). Such factors as anxiety and phobic anxiety in females were much higher than those of males( P ＜0.01 ).Conclusion There are extensive mental health problems existing in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.关键词
