摘要
Abstract
High nyopia usually accompanies with macular hole and retinal detachment. Because of the importance of macular anatomy and physiological functions, it can cause serious visual damage, and treatment is difficult. In recent years, the technology of treatment of retinal detachment with macular hole, surgical instruments and biological agents is improved, so the success rate of treatment is enhanced. But there is still a controversy in the technology for retinal function and recovery of visual acuity. In this study, the advances of the treatment and prognostic factors of macular hole retinal detachment is reviewed and discussed.关键词
