摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of the Lygodium's liposoluble constituent on scald in mouse.Methods The mouse's dorsal scalded model was established.The water- solubility and liposoluble constituents were isolated from Lygodium.Then, 75% alcohol was dispensed for 10% solution as the experimental medication and 75% alcohol as the control medication.To observe the effect of three medicines on treating scald in mouse.The healing time of wound decrustation was recorded and compared.Results Compared with the control group, the medicinal solution of liposoluble constituent had better effect on treating scald and shortened the healing time of wound decrustation( P < 0.01 ), while there was no statistical difference between the medicinal solution of water-solubility part and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion The liposoluble constituent of Lygodium is significantly effective to treat scald.
