摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a method for identifying abietic acid illegally added in Gujinwan Capsules. Methods TLC and HPLC- DAD were used for preliminary identification of abietic acid mixed in Gujinwan Capsules. Results The HPLC- DAD method could quickly identify abietie acid added in Gujinwan Capsules. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the identification of abietic acid illegally added in Gujinwan Capsules.关键词
