Abstract
Objective To study the quality standard for Erchentang dispensing granules. Methods Erchentang dispensing granules were qualitatively identified by TLC. Hesperidin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was determined by HPLC. Results The linear relationship of hesperidin was in the range of 0.214 - 1.070 μg. The average recovery rate was 98.37％ , RSD = 1.09( n = 6). Conclusion The method is feasible with good reproducibility, which can contrul the quality of Erchentang dispensing granules effectively.关键词
