摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of medicinal material radix notojinseng in Sanqi Zhixue Patchs. Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum extraction technology with the total contents of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1,notoginsenoside R1 as the indexes in water extraction. Results The better extraction technology was adding 8 times amount of 70％ ethanol,extracting for 3 times and 0. 5 h for each time. Conclusion The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology, and the simple method is fit for production.关键词
