Abstract
Objective To research the preparation of Longdancanger Mixture and its quality detection method. Methods The distillation and water extraction alcoholic precipitation methods were used to prepare Longdancanger Mixture. TLC method was adopted to qualitatively identify gentian, Szeehuan lovage rhizome, radix scutellariae and mint in the prescription. Results Gentian, Szechuan lovage rhizome, radix scutellariae and mint in the prescription all could be detected by TLC. Conclusion The distillation method combined with water extraction alcoholic precipitation method for preparing Longdancanger Mixture is simple and reliable in technology; TLC for the qualitative testing of Longdancanger Mixture is accurate and sensitive.关键词
