不同小麦品种的潮霉素耐受性研究
Study on Hygromycin Tolerance of Different Wheat Varieties
摘要
Abstract
Hygromycin is one of the most popular selection agents applied to genetic transformation system. In order to study the hygromycin tolerance of different wheat varieties, 0, 25, 50, 75,100,125 and 150 mg/L hygromycin were added to the medium for immature embryo rescue and tolerance test of five wheat varieties (K35,065657,Yangmai 158 ,Bobwhite and Jiyin 1 ) with high embryo regeneration capacity. The results indicated that the optimal hygromycin concentration for screening the positive transformant derived from K35 and 065657 was 125 mg/L, while that for Yangmai 158, Bobwhite and Jiyin 1 was 100 mg/L.关键词
