相干光断层扫描对白内障患者术前眼底评估的意义

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluted the advantages of fundus examination by optical coherence tomography ( OCT )before cataract surgery. Methods We investigated retinal microstructure of macula in patients with age-related cataract by OCT. Results A total of 127 patients ( 185 eyes ) were enrolled. Retina could not be examined by OCT in 49 patients ( 52 eyes, 28.1％ ) because of severe opaque lens. In 107 patients ( 133 eyes, 71.9％ ), OCT were used to evaluate the retina microstructure of macula. OCT indicated normal retina in 80 cases ( 103 eyes ). Abnormal structure were detected in 27 cases ( 30 eyes ), including 1 case ( 1 eye ) with hard exudates, 8 cases ( 10 eyes )with macular edema, 2 case ( 2 eyes )with pre-retinal proliferative membranes, 4 case ( 5 eyes ) with drusen, 4 case ( 4 eye ) with pigment epithelium detachment, 3 case( 3 eyes ) with retinoschisis, 3 case( 3 eyes ) with retinal hemorrhage, 1 case ( 1 eye ) with old choroidal rupture, 1 case ( 1 eye ) with vitreomacular traction. Conclusion By the OCT examination, we can detect the retinal microstructure,and discover fundus diseases early. OCT is an effective tool for the fundus evaluation for most patients with cataract before operation.关键词
