摘要
Abstract
Objective To clarify the relationship between CRP, HbA1C and diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Random grouping, we dectected HbA1C and CRP levels in patients serum from 20 cases of normal control group, 20 patients with diabetes without retinopathy ( NDR ), 20 cases of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy ( NPDR ) and 20 proliferative diabetic retinopathy ( PDR ). we analyzed the change in each group. Results T2DM patients with CRP and HbA1C level gradually increased with DR stage, the difference was significant( P <0.05 ), the two was a positive correlation. Conclusions The level of CRP and HbA1C was occurrence and development of risk factors to DR and could predict the occurrence risk of DR in type 2 diabetic patients关键词
