显微技术应用于斜视矫正术的疗效分析
Analysis of the therapeutic effects of micro-surgery on strabismus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the superiority of microtechnique in strabismus operation.Methods 35 patients with strabismus were operated under microscope, and the anterior ciliary arteryand vein were seperated in 5 complex cases.Within 6 months follow up, the complication of intrasurgery and postsurgery and correction degree were clinical analysed.Results All patients recovered ideal eye position after surgery.The complication of intrasurgery and postsurgery were obviously decreased, and the anterior ciliary vessel were successfully reserwed in 5 case, without reoperation.Conclusion Micro-surgery for strabismus is safer and with less complications.关键词
