Abstract
Objective To explore the psychological counseling method for patients with psychological disorders in general hospital. Methods Eleven inpatients with psychological disorders from general practice department were given both pharmacotherapy and psychological counseling, according to the theory of " psychosomatic unity" , they were given cognitive behavior therapy and cognitive comprehension therapy for intervention. Results The subjective and objective evaluation showed that 11 patients recovered to a certain degrees. After the treatment , their scores of Self - Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS and Self - Rating Depression Scale ( SDS ) were statistically improved ( P ＜0. 01 ); and the factional scores in Symptom Check List 90 ( SCL - 90 ) of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, fear, compulsion, depression, anxiety, and hostility were also statistically improved ( P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion This method is simple and popular, and it is easy to be accepted hy patients and to be mastered by doctors.关键词
