重庆市社区护士角色功能现状调查
Statue of Community Nurses′ Roles and Functions in Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the status of roles and functions of community nurses in Chongqing. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among community nurses from ten community health service centers in urban central area of Chongqing during March to May of 2010. Results Clinic basic nursing ( 76. 15％ ) still was the main work of community nurses.The community nurses mainly served as manager, organizer, and educator, followed by care provider, observer and researcher,collaborator and coordinator, but seldom as leader and advocator. There were five most important functions : health education for prevention of chronic disease ( 89. 23％ ), organizing physical examination for the elderly ( 86. 15％ ), basic nursing on out -call ( 83. 08％ ), control of hospital infection ( 71. 54％ ), and observation of drug reaction ( 66. 92％ ). Conclusion The roles and functions of community nurses are changing. With the gradual development of disease prevention and health promotion, community care has heen gradually improved and thus can do " six in one" function better.关键词
