全程化药学服务对社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者家庭药事干预效应分析
Intervention Effects of Integrated Pharmaceutical Care for Community Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

Abstract
Objective To apply intervention of integrated pharmaceutical care for community patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ), so as to advocate an idea of rational medication, eliminate hazard of unsafe medication,and raise the health level. Methods Totally 150 COPD patients were randomly divided as intervention group ( group A ) ( n =79 ) and contrast group ( group B ) ( n =71 ). The patients in group A were given integrated pharmaceutical care measurements such as lectures on pharmaceutical knowledge , supervision via visiting, and establishment of web connection. While the patients in group B were not given. Results After intervention, in the group A, the pharmaceutical knowledge , and awareness rates of actions and side - effects of specific drugs were obviously increased; the varieties of drug in acute and chronic stages were decreased , the ideas of regularly taking medicine, drug dosage, and reading the introduction of a drug before taking it were all improved, the usage rate of health products was decreased; the capacity of self - efficacy was enhanced. And the differences showed statistical significance as compared with group B ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The management of drug storage was obviously improved in group A than in group B ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The scores in cough, expectoration, breathlessness and movements were better in group A than in group B ( P ＜0. 05 ). The analysis of cost - effect showed that it was better in group A than in group B ( P ＜0. 05 ) .Conclusion Integrated pharmaceutical care is beneficial to community COPD patients for their rational medication at home and cultivation on management idea.关键词
