摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the stability of Zhanshu Capsules.Methods According to the stability testing of pharmaceutical preparations and guiding principles in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition, Vol.Ⅱ), with the major investigation items of character, identification, moisture, disintegration time, microbial limit test as the evaluation indexes, the influencing factors test, accelerated testing and long- term test were performed.Results Except more increase of moisture absorption for a batch of the test samples in the opening high-humidity test, the other indexes showed no significant change.All indexes in 3 batches of samples after 6- month accelerated testing and 24 -month long trial were in line with the quality standard requirements.Conclusion The drug properties of Zhanshu Capsules are stable.关键词
