HPLC法测定洁肤液中苦参碱的含量

Abstract
Objective: to establish cleaning fluid of sophora flavescens ait. Alkaloids content determination method. Methods: use HPLC, chromatographic column: kromasil C18 column (4.6 mmx250 mm, 50 μm); Mobile phase: methanol-water -3％phosphoric acid (80∶5∶12), velocity of 1.0 mL·min-1; Detected wavelength: 220 nm; Incoming sample amount 10 muonL; Column temperature: 40 ℃. Results: the cleaning liquid with reference substance of sophora flavescens ait. Alkaloids in the same position with spots in; The average recovery of sophora flavescens ait. Alkaloids 99.32％. RSD％=1.43％. Samples of the average contents for effect mg·mL-1; Conclusion: the method is simple, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of body lotion.关键词
