我院中医护理操作技术培训的探讨研究
Operation of hospital medicine training of nursing research
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the production of hospital care and operating techniques commonly used in Chinese audio-visual materials in the low years of the role of nurse training. Methods: Over the past 5 years to participate in the work of nurses in the low 162 years, were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group and control group, in which regular training in the observation group with audio-visual materials, the control group only conventional training, after training,the theory and practice assessment. Results: The theoretical performance difference between the two groups was not significant (P=0.432); operating results to higher levels of the observation group, the difference was significant (P＜O.OO1). Conclusion:Training in the use of the audio-visual materials can significantly improve the low years of Chinese nurses nursing operating capacity.关键词
