潍坊市城区居民的社区卫生服务满意度调查
Investigation of the Satisfaction Rates of Urban Residents on Community Health Services in Weifang City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the degree of satisfaction about the community health services and the influential factor, in order to improve the quality of service. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out hy random sampling among the residents in urhan districts of Weifang city, and 502 eligihle questionnaires were retrieved. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0. Results The general rate of satisfaction of the residents on community health service in Weifang was 56. 6％ . The satisfaction rates on service attitude and distance for seeking care reached more than 70％ . On the other hand . the satisfaction rates of health education ( 50. 4％ ) and price of essential drug ( 44. 4％ ) were the lowest. The influential factors of satisfaction were internal environment, drug quality, inquiry on visit, explanation of disease condition, and the results of diagnosis and treatment ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion There are still great rooms to improve, community health service center should take active measures to increase the residents' satisfaction.关键词
