摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide evidence for improving the health service of community with disabled people by analyzing the health state of people with disabilities in community and questionnaire data. Methods The health state of people with disabilities in community and questionnaire data were analyzed. Results 572 people with disabilities from Longbai community had medical examination and questionnaire survey. Of the people with disabilities, men accounted for 56. 64％ , women43. 36％ , the sex ratio was 1. 31: 1. The youngest was 12 years, while the oldest was 110 years old, the median age was 54 years old, people ahove 35 years of age accounted for 88. 64％ ; Proportions of people with various disabilities were as follows :physical disability 38. 99％ ; visual disability 19. 06％ ; mental disability 16. 43％ ; mental retardation 15. 38％ ; 70. 00％ of the people with disabilities had difficulty in self - care ( Barthel Index ＜ 60 ); The top chronic disease prevalence was hypertension ( 32. 69％ ), followed hy overweight and obesity, dyslipidemia, cholecystitis and diabetes; The community health service willingness : general practitioners and community doctors were preferred; Service locations : community health service centers were chosen hy most respondents ; Demands in services were regular medical examinations, rehabilitation guide, home care and home treatment , and the demand for different types of disahled people were different. Conclusion It is significant to provide targeted services for different types of disabilities in order to improve life quality of people with disabilities in community.关键词
