社区卫生服务从业人员工作满意度量表信度和效度分析
Reliability and Validity of the Job Satisfaction Scale for Community Health Service Practitioners

Abstract
Objective To test the reliability and validity of job satisfaction scale for community health service practitioners. Methods A total of 320 participants were enrolled from Community Health Service Agencies through randomized cluster sampling. Inter - item consistency , split - half reliahility and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of the scale ; Pearson's correlation analysis was used to test the item differentiation of the scale ; Factor analysis was used to test the structure. Results The results of factor analyses showed that there was a good structure in three parts of the scale. Cronbach'α of the scale ( 0. 951 ) indicated the scale had a good homogeneity; the correlation coefficient retest reliability ( P < 0. 05 ) of OSI was 0. 95 ,implying the scale had good retest reliahility; the result of half - split reliability test showed that the correlation coefficient of the inventory was 0. 883 , meanwhile the correlation coefficients of three parts were 0. 945 , 0. 903 and 0. 887 ; the correlation coefficient among items ranged from 0. 44 ~0. 79 ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The scale may be used as an ideal tool for studying the job satisfaction in China after proper revision.关键词
