子宫动脉栓塞治疗对子宫内膜功能影响的超声随访评估
Ultrasonographic evaluation of the effects of Uterine Arterial Embolization on endometrium function.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study extent and duration of the influence of uterine arterial embolization ( UAE ) treat ment on endometrium function in patients with leionyoma. Methods Forty females with leiomyoma, aged from 20 to 40 years, were enrolled and treated with UAE. Endometrium thickness, blood flow type, blood flow number and the RI and PI of internal membrane artery were assessed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography before and after UAE. Results ( 1 ) Significant differences in endometrium thickness and blood flow type were observed between 6 months after UAE and baseline ( P ＜ 0. 05 ); while there was no significant difference revealed between baseline and 1 year after UAE. ( 2 )Significant difference in internal membrane artery PI was revealed between baseline and 1 year after UAE ( P ＜ 0. 05 ),while no significant difference was revealed in internal membrane artery RI. Conclusion Temporary and reversible changes in endometrium thickness and uterine blood supplement are induced by UAE with a duration of less than 1.5 years.关键词
