参麦注射液联合极化液对大鼠复苏后脑组织的影响
Protective effects of Shenmai Injection combined with polarized liquid on brain tissues after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the protective effects of Shenmai Injection combined with polarized liquid on rats brain after cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR ). Methods Adult male SD rats with cardiac arrest and then receiving CPR were randomly divided into five groups( n = 8 ) : control group( group A ) , resuscitation group ( group B ), polarized liquid group ( group C ), Shenmai Injection group ( group D )and combined treatment group ( group E ). 24 h after resuscitation,the neurological functions of each rat were scored and hrain cell structures were ohserved. Water content.malondialdehyde( MDA )content, superoxide dismutase ( SOD )and Na+ - K+ -ATPase activity of rat's brain tissues were measured. Results In group B, brain water content and MDA content were significantly higher and SOD and Na+ - K+ - ATPase activity were significantly lower than those in group C , D and E ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). In group E, above indexes were better than those in group C and D( P ＜ 0. 05 ), and only slight changes of brain cell ultrastructures were seen in this group. Conclusion Shenmai Injection combined with polarized liquid can protect rat's hrain tissues after CPR to some extent.关键词
