依那普利联合卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心衰的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects, tolerance and safety of enalapril and carvedilo in the treatment of congestive heart failure( CHF )in elderly patients. Methods 130 elderly patients with CHF were randomly divided into routine treatment group( control group, n = 28 ), enalapril plus carvedilo treatment group ( observation group, n = 42 ), enalapril treatment group ( n = 31 )and carvedilo treatment group( n = 29 ). Left ventricular end diastolic diameter ( LVEDD ), cardiac output ( CO )and left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF )were measured before and 6 months after treatment. Results Compared with pre - treatment,LVEDD in four groups decreased significantly while LVEF and CO increased significantly post - treatment( P ＜ 0.05 ). After treatment,LVEDD reduced significantly while LVEF and CO elevated significantly in observation group compared with control group( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Adding enalapril and carvedilo to basic routine treatment is safe and effective for elderly patients with CHF,which can obviously improve their heart function and increase LVEF.关键词
