老年上消化道出血60例临床分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the cause and characteristics of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in senile patients.Methods Clinical data of senile patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 26 cases ( 43％ )of gastric ulcer bleeding,8 cases ( 13％ )of duodenal bulb ulcer bleeding, 10 cases ( 16％ )of gastric cancer bleeding, 11 cases ( 18 ％ )of esophageal variceal bleeding,2 cases ( 3％ )of Mallory -Weiss syndrome, and 1 case ( 1％ )of biliary tract bleeding.Hemorrhage stopped in 50 cases by medication, 2 cases by surgery, and 8 cases under endoscope.There were 2 dead cases.Conclusion Peptic ulcer is the predominant cause of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in senile patients.Gastric cancer and esophageal variceal bleeding were common as well.Such hemorrhage can stop mainly by comprehensive medical treatment or under endoscope when hemostasis appears difficult.If above measures are failure, surgical hemostasis should be considered.关键词
