Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effects of pediatric manipulation on child diarrhea. Methods 247 children aged 3 - 24 months who met the diagnostic criteria of diarrhea disease were randomly divided into two groups. Symptomatic therapies such as fluid replacement according to dehydrated degree, correction of electrolyte imbalance and oral probiotics were given in both groups. In treatment group ( group A, n = 127 ), pediatric manipulation was additionally conducted such as tonifying spleen meridian and kneading Banmen point. In control group ( group B, n = 120 ), only above symptomatic therapies were perfounded. Diarhheal frequency was observed;fecal character and curative effects were scored in both groups after treatment. Results Diarhheal frequency was significantly lower,fecal character and curative effects scored better in group A after treatment for 2 - 4 d than those in group B.Conclusion Pediatric manipulation in the treatment of child diarrhea can obviously reduce diarreal frequency,improve fecal character and shorten the course of treatment.关键词
