Abstract
Objective: In order to find optimal method by observing the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for treating swallow dysfunction after stroke. Methods:Ninety patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group( A), rehabilitation group ( B ), acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group ( C )(n = 30). Patients in all groups were given routine treatment. In addition , the patients in acupuncture group were given the acupuncture on nuchal region, the patients in rehabilitation group were given swallow functional training, the patients in acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group were given the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment. Modified Kubota - Chiaris swallow functional classification wag used to assess swallow function before and after treatment. Results:After treatment , there was a significant improvement on dysphagia( P ＜0.05 ),and the effects were more significant in group C than in groups A and B( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with swallow training could act synergically to ameliorate dysphagia after stroke and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
