摘要

Abstract

Objective :To discuss the effects of cluster needling of scalp point therapy combined with environmental stimulation on microtubule - associated protein - 2 and synaptophysin of neonatal rats with hypoxic - ischemic brain damage. Methods:7 days Wistor rats by ligation of the left common carotid artery were exposed to 8% of the nitrogen - oxygen mixture for two hours to make hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) model.They are randomly divided into 5 groups:16 rats in sham operation group(A), 16 rats in operation group(B),16 rats in cluster needling of scalp point therapy group( C), 16 rats in environmental stimulation group( D), 16 rats in cluster needling of scalp point therapy combined with environmental stimulation group. On the 14th and 28th day, the immunohistochemical stain and RT -PCR were respectively used to detect the expression of microtubule -associated protein -2 and Hippocampal synaptophysin. Results:On the 14th and 28th day, the immunohistochemical analysis of the treatment group showed the microtubule - associated protein - 2 and P38 in Hippocampus of C, D, E groups increased as compared with that of A, B groups. On the 14th and 28th day,E group had the significant difference with C, D groups by comparison( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion:The cluster needling of scalp point therapy combined with environmental stimulation can improve microtubule - associated protein -2 and the positive expression of the P38 in Hippocampus of the HIBD rats.
