Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To regulate drug purchase behaviors, promote the drug suppliers to improve service quality, provide a new method for ensuring the quality of purchased drugs. METHODS: By introducing competition mechanism, formulating variety of quantitative assessment indexes, and establishing supplier files and testing group, the classified management pattern of hospital drug supplier was established. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The supplier classified management mode promotes hospitals to make more objective evaluation of supplier and promotes suppliers to improve service quality, which plays an important role in regulating drug purchase behaviors. The average drug distribution rate, 24 h delivery rate, after-sale service satisfaction have been improved significantly.关键词
