Abstract
Polymeric nanospheres, as functional polymer materials, have potential applications in many areas. With the development of new emulsion polymerization technologies, the preparation of polymeric nanospheres by emulsion polymerization becomes more popular. This paper reviews the progress of the preparation of the polymeric nanospheres by emulsion polymerization domestically and abroad in recent years, including emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization, seeded emulsion polymerizaton,radiation-induced emulsion polymerization, dispersion polymerization, microemulsion polymerization,miniemulsion polymerization and living/controlled radical emulsion polymerization. The research directions for the preparation of the polymeric nanospheres by emulsion polymerization are forecasted.关键词
