电子喉镜引导下经管道针平阳霉素局部注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤
Pingyangmycin Local Injection Treatment for Pharyngeal and Laryngeal Hemangioma by Tract Injector with the Association of Electrolaryngoscope

Abstract
Objective To investigate the minimally invasive therapeutic method for the pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangiomas. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases with pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangioma covering a period from October 2007 to March 2010. With the association of the electrolaryngoscope,Pingyangmycin was injected to the pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangiomas through the Olympas tract injector. Results Totally 16 cases accepted Pingyangmycin local injection. The injection frequencies were 8 times at most and twice at least,and the average was 4.6 times. Thirteen cases (81.3％) were cured,and 3 cases were improved. Conclusion Pingyangmycin local injection associated with electrolaryngoscope is a simple, effective and minimally invasive therapeutic method for pharyngeal and laryngeal hemangioma.关键词
