Abstract
Ni/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by means of BET, XRD and TPR. The performances of the catalysts in hydrogenation of 2-nitro-4-tert- butylphenol to 2-amino-4-tert-butylphenol were investigated. The results indicated that the activities and the selectivities of the catalysts in the hydrogenation increased with increasing of nickel loading. But when the nickel loading( mass fraction) was more than 20%, the activity and the selectivity changed little.Under the optimal reaction conditions of hydrogen partial pressure 1.0 MPa, reaction temperature 70 ℃, m(alcohol): m(reactant)2. 0 : 1 and stirring speed 1 000 r/min, both the conversion of 2-nitro-4-tert-butylphenol and the selectivity to 2-amino-4-tert-butylphenol were more than 99%. The catalyst performance kept good after it was reused 11 times.关键词
