摘要

Abstract

The effects of supports, metal components, calcination and reaction atmosphere on the exothermic characters of ex-situ pre-sulphurizing hydrogenation catalysts (A, B and C) produced by SINOPEC Catalyst Company Fushun Division were investigated, which were used in hydrorefining of fuel oil. It is indicated that the tempestuous exothermic character of the ex-situ pre-sulphurizing hydrogenation catalysts is related only with the undecomposed nickel nitrate in the catalysts. At N2 atmosphere, the tempestuous exothermicity can be suspended and weakened, which meant that the exsitu pre-sulphurizing temperature is controllable at N2 atmosphere.
