摘要
Abstract
P120-catenin ( P120ctn ) combines E-cadherin to form the complex of catenin-cadherin in cell connection and regulates cell-cell adhesion mediated by cadherin. P120-catenin regulates actin cytoskeleton via Rho family GTPases in the cytoplasm. Moreover, P120-catenin influences inflammatory reaction and cell proliferation through interaction with nuclear transcription factor NF-κB and transcription inhibiting factor Kaiso in the nucleus. Therefore. P120 is closely related with injure restoration and tumor development and progression.关键词
