山羊地方性鼻内肿瘤病毒ENTV-SC株基因组cDNA文库的构建及生物信息学分析
Construction and bioinformatics analysis of cDNA library of goat enzootic nasal tumor virus SC strain

Abstract
In order to obtain the cDNA library of goat enzootic nasal tumor virus(ENTV) SC strain,5 fragments of ENTV,LTR,gag,pro,pol and env were amplified by RT-PCR from nasal fluid of goats with enzootic nasal tumor using the primers designed referencing to gene sequence of ENTV-2, respectively. The amplified 5 fragments were cloned into the pMD18-T vector and sequenced. The results showed that the sequence was 7 168 bp in size and exhibited a genetic organization characteristic of type B and D oncoviruses.ENTV SC strain was highly related to the ENTV-2 sequenced in 2003. The nucleotide homology of ENTV-2, LTR,gag, pro, pol and env shared 91.0 ％, 88.0 ％, 88. 6 ％, 89.3 ％ and 91.0 ％, respectively. ENTV SC closely related to the retrovirus(ENTV-1) associated with enzootic adenocarcinoma of sheep,and to jaagsiekte sheep retrovirus. The main sequence difference between these viruses resided in a small regions in the transmembrane regions of env and gag and the LTR.关键词
